Sometimes it's hard not to be selfish when you really want to do something and you have to give it up under circumstances which are not yours to control. Like how I won't be going to London at the end of this year anymore. I won't say that I'm not disappointed, because I am. I keep telling myself not to be selfish, and that other people have more pressing needs than my need to visit Europe in this lifetime. So I've accepted that going to London may not be a possibility this year. But I still have a long life to live. I'll definitely go there one day. Right now, I've decided to join Melissa in Melbourne once school closes for the year. Maybe we could have like 3 weeks of fun, fun, and more fun. Anyway, time seems to speed past like bats out of hell. Starting tomorrow would be the 3rd week of school, and out of 5 days, 2 are holidays this week due to National Day and Founder's Day. So it's gonna be Week 4 in no time. Oh well, better get on with what I'm supposed to be doing when I turned on my laptop -- research.
