Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake

I'm glad Mom got a food processor. A whole new world of baking opportunities await, starting with the Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake .

It was so much fun just processing the raspberries, although I must admit the noise from the processor reeeally takes a toll on one's eardrums, especially when the raspberries are frozen solid. I know the final result ain't pretty, but it sure is edible. But one little baby step at a time. Perfection can wait. I'm just gonna cheesecake-hop from one to the other. This is so much fun!!! *flipping recipe book*

On a side note: I swear I'm becoming an Auntie
