The ultimate gamer's dream: More disc space to store more games.
Mom got me an external drive today because my laptop's memory is pathetically insufficient. Even the humble iPod has more memory space than my laptop does. No kidding. So Mom got me this external 40 GB drive (referred to from now on as 'Thingy') and I was transferring my Harry Potter games from my laptop to the Thingy and I thought "Why stop there?" , so I dug out every single game that I ever had, ready to install everything into the Thingy so I can have quick access to my games at the click of a mouse button (and the connecting of USB ports). Sadly, my happiness was once more thwarted by the annoying disc drive on my laptop. It used to be so faulty that I had to keep ejecting and putting in a CD (like 100 times) before the system could recognise it, but now it can't even be opened at all. So now I've only my Harry Potter games to keep me going, for at most 2 days.
Computer games aside, I received my proofing copy of The Grey Lady from Noble House today. Time to proofread another poem. International author-hood here I come!!
