TIP of the Day: Never try slamming a swinging door.
I'm back from KL. Helloooo Singapore! To be honest, the trip to KL was kindda surreal. It's the kind of thing you never ever imagined would happen to you. Kindda like an out-of-body experience (although I have no clue how THAT would feel like). Anyway, the trip helped me decide to stick around in polo for alittle while longer, or at least to see how far I can go. Initially before I went on the trip, I kindda (I just realised that I'm using alot of 'kindda's'...one small step towards bad English, one large leap towards Bimbo-dom...augh!) already decided to quit if I play badly and get yelled at throughout the whole 4 games, but things turned out different from what I'd originally anticipated, and the encouragement which the girls gave me over at KL inspired me to hang around slightly longer. To update on the matches: we won all the 4 matches that we played, by rather big margins. That was pretty awesome in a way. Camaraderie was in a sense, good, considering that I rarely talk to these girls, and before the trip I was fretting about how uncomfortable I would feel around them. But the trip got off to a good start when I found out I was rooming with Dior. At least I was more comfortable talking to her. Anyway, the trip helped me open up more to the other girls, and vice versa. T-Chien was telling me that we may be heading for the Commonwealth Games in 2006 and if so, selections would be held sometime in the next few months. Maybe I should give that a shot. Hmmmm *deep in thought*
Ok, moment over. Anyway, it's back to school for me this week. Start of Term 2. And already the workload is piling. Sometimes I wish I had like 40 hours a day. Then at least I can complete my work with enough time for sleep and play. Oh well, I just got to take what I can have. *nonchalant shrug*
In the middle of AutoCAD lesson now. I'm falling asleep on my feet, or bum. It's not too bad though. I managed to explore further on my own while James was still explaining the basic starting stuff. What a genius I am. Hah! Anything to keep from dropping off to neverneverland. At least it's break now. Rest my brain for 15 minutes, although it wasn't even that strained.
