One thing I realised this week:
All famous singers have one thing in common. They all sing with constipated expressions on their faces. Maybe you haven't noticed, but the next time you see an MTV, or attend a concert, or watch some performance on television, take note of the singer's facial expressions, which isn't too hard a task considering that the camera zooms in on the singer's face 97% of the time. Maybe they are trying to sing with emotion and expression. But trust me, they look like they're having a hard time on top of the toiletbowl. Maybe I should try that one day while constipating. I may discover talents I never knew I had.
I also realised another thing:
It's possible to feel bored, yet have plenty of things to do. I hear some of you going "HUH?! What on earth is Tracy yabbering about?" Ok, let me enlighten those still stuck in the dark voids. Take for instance you have a whole load of school assignments that you know you absolutely HAVE to complete. But you feel totally out of it because it's been a tough past 5 weeks at school, and knowing that you have 2 days of holidays ahead of you, you choose to put aside your work till a more appropriate time. So using whatever time you have, you want to relax and do whatever makes you happy and to take your mind off school work. Right? Anyone lost in the jungle yet? Anyway, moving on...You know you should relax, but somehow you can't seem to shake off the thoughts of the yet undone and incomplete school assignments that you have to tackle. That totally prevents you from fully enjoying and relaxing and trying to take your mind off school work. And so you gaze listlessly around your room, trying to enjoy yourself, but not being able to fully do so, and also not being able to do any other thing without having the image of school assignments weighing heavily on your mind. And thus you can't really do anything much except sit around with your thoughts in a jumble and feeling totally bored and out of sorts because you can't enjoy yourself, yet you don't feel like facing your mountain of assignments. Anyone understand what I'm getting at? Does the picture seem brighter and clearer to you? Enlightened now?
Well, I'm totally feeling what I've 'written' above, and so I re-installed IRC into my computer with the thought that I could pass some time. Hence, I was on IRC for a grand total of 15 minutes (including download time and uninstall time). Now I realised why I removed IRC from my computer in the first place. So I'm back to feeling bored. Well, blogging helps to occupy some of my time though.
Another thing I realised (about 7 minutes ago):
Never never NEVER take big steps on a slippery floor, unless you want to attempt doing a split.
