I dragged myself down for training on Monday (finally) 'cos Su-Lynn messaged me to say that Monday will be officially known as Gym Day so I figured training won't be as tough due to gym work, which I'm confident of handling pretty well. Well, I was right about training not being as tough. All we did were some weights and stuff, then we swam 1km, then some passing and shooting. BUT, when I woke up on Tuesday morning, I found that any attempt to raise my arms 30 degrees in any direction or any attempt to bring my arms together is agony. I can't brush my teeth properly. Can't shower properly. Can't do anything properly without aching unless I stand still and stare at one spot. If anyone (guys especially) want to know a guaranteed way to build chest muscles (like some people I know *ahem ahem*), look for me. I gurantee that within one week, you'll get a firmer, more defined chest.
