Sunday:
Didn't go to church. Couldn't get out of bed. Tired out from the many days of polo. Woke up at 1145 and then slowly got ready for the Changi airport dances.
Sunday evening:
Danced Joyful Joyful and Different Now at Changi Airport as part of the Christmas celebrations there. Before this event, I was totally not in the Christmas mood at all. But once I was inside the transit lounge of Terminal 2, I totally got into the Christmas mood 'cos everywhere was so Christmas-sy. The shops were all decorated. Everywhere was decorated. Christmas music was playing. Planes were taking off and landing outside. People were lounging around everywhere waiting to board planes. Everything was just so Christmas-sy (I'm beginning to repeat myself). I felt abit Home Alone-ish. I don't think anyone will understand what I'm talking about and I don't know how to explain.
Anyway, we were scheduled to do each of the 2 dances twice at each of the 2 terminals. But the very first performance was kindda screwed up. The CD couldn't work at the last minute and all of us, especially Char, was panicking so we decided to pray. And just as the prayer chain was ending, someone came to us and told us that the CD could work and that there was just some sort of mix up between the CDs there. So God really answers prayers!! But we didn't dance for the first round 'cos there wasn't anymore time. But I had a good time dancing and I think the adults and kids had a good time doing their items as well. Then we went around shaking hands and wishing everyone there "Merry Christmas" and it was all so Christmas-sy!!! Haha. I'm really repeating myself. CHRISTMAS is coming!!!!
