Fever (AND I'm not talking abt the song)

QUOTE of the Day: Do not let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game. (A Cinderella Story)

Chad Michael Murray is soooo cute (OK, NOW I sound like a brainless bimbo), but seriously, he looks really really good in A Cinderella Story. Anyway, went to settle my school stuff earlier on in the day before watching A Cinderella Story with Elaine and Teresa. Pretty good show I must add. Haha. Quite funny too. And the songs are really really nice. OH OH OH!!! I'm gonna watch Shark Tale!!! Hahaha..the fishes are super duper cute. Heh.

Anyway, was talking with Elaine in Starbucks while waiting for Teresa, and we spent like one hour discussing our future plans to train hard and go swim in the next Olympics. Talked about how we're gonna find a good coach and how many times a week we must train. I swear it's the education system in Singapore that keeps Singpore athletes from excelling in international competitions like the Olympics. I mean, compare the Caucasians and we Singaporeans or Asians (in general, although some are really good like the Japanese and Chinese)..we all have hands and feet but why do we ALWAYS never succeed in reaching the standard and speed of the Caucasians?? I've come to the conclusion that the education system ain't so rigid in the Western countries which provide the athletes with enough flexibility to train like 3 times a day. Furthermore, I think our eating habits differ too. I seriously think we Asians take in too much carbo (rice, noodles, etc..) which will eventually turn to fat. It's not about genes. It's about lifestyle man. So from now on, I'm gonna observe the Caucasian lifestyle for 4 years until the next Olympics and become the first Singaporean to break world records. Hahahaha. Oh yeah, and I forgot the most important point..to meet Ian Thorpe and marry him!!!! Hahaha.

And, I'm having a fever. No wonder Teresa said I looked sunburnt. My face was flushed cos my body temp. was heating up. 38.2 degrees. Pretty high considering my normal body temp is around 36+.

Can't go to church tmr cos Uncle Thomas asked me to be a place judge for the Inter-Club Swim Meet tmr, so pple in church, try not to miss me too much k..haha..kidding. Hope there's sun so I can tan!!!

And this section of my entry is basically to annoy Amy (heheh...couldn't resist it):

Similarities between me and Ian Thorpe:
1. Same birthday!!! (13th Oct) - he's exactly 2 yrs older than me
2. I used to be allergic to chlorine water too. Always scratched like a monkey after swimming.
3. Yellow swim caps.
4. He's the Adidas boy whereas my friends know me as the Adidas girl.
5. He's into design, me too!!! Although he does jewellry and underwear and I'm into interiors but it's the same line.
6. I've the same name as his coach!!
7. I think I'm overdoing it...hahahahaha, this is really retarded and I shall stop now. Ya know, my dad nearly became an Australian citizen. Wasted!!! Hahaha...I SERIOUSLY think I should stop now...it's the fever I tell u..it's making me type stupid things.

Anyway, toodles for now as I go and immerse myself into my school work..my pathetic life.
