Hair Damaged

Today can be officially known as Hair Damage Day.
Went to dye my hair and now it's gone all frizzy and dried and gross and gross and gross. I better start hunting for a new type of shampoo before all my hair starts snapping off. Any recommendations?? I was thinking of trying Lux Super Rich. Don't know whether it'll be any good. Judging from how Michelle Chia advertised it ("I love pewtiful hair..") it should be good, or at least it looks good. I think I'll give it a try. A more expensive alternative would be to sign up for some Yun Nam Haircare services which I will most probably need if my hair continues to look like dried hay. My sad life.
